1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Number Gym, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Use of the App
Number Gym is a brain training application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its operation.
3. Accounts
You may use the app without an account. Creating an account via Google Sign-In enables cloud sync and social features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. User Content
Your game data (scores, ratings, statistics) is stored on our servers when you use cloud sync. You retain ownership of your data and may delete it at any time.
5. Premium Subscription
Number Gym offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription that unlocks extras. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it anytime in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies.
6. Disclaimer
Number Gym is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or that your data will never be lost.
7. Limitation of Liability
ioncreature shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
